White Lake Cheese
Award-Winning Goats Cheese
White Lake Cheese is a family-run cheese company with a rich cheesemaking tradition that spans generations. Founded by Roger in 2004, White Lake Cheese has been perfecting their craft, experimenting with new techniques, and expanding their offerings to include a range of award-winning cheeses made from goat, sheep, and Guernsey cow milk.
Located in Pylle, Somerset, near the Glastonbury Festival site, White Lake sources its goat milk from their own Toggenburg, British Alpine, and Saanen goats, while their cow and sheep milk come from trusted local farms. Their cheesemaking facility is designed for small-batch production, giving them the ability to make a variety of cheeses with the utmost care and attention to detail.
