Our Story

With a combined 20 years working with Artisan cheese and both lifelong cheese lovers, The Cheese Connection, a fully mobile cheese business was started by Luke and Alex in late 2022 with the aim to spread the word about the fantastic Artisan cheese made in this country and tell the stories of the amazing people who make them. 

We believe that good cheese deserves to be eaten by everybody so we only sell what we believe is the best handmade artisan cheese made within 30 miles of our base in Bristol, with the occasional exciting guest cheeses from across the UK. Every cheese is handpicked directly from the farm and collected in the same truck you will see pitched up at markets, festivals and in your local community, allowing us to bring the traditional cheese shop experience to you. Maintaining a close relationship with our producers and suppliers is paramount to ensuring we continue to offer the best of British cheese to our customers. Not local to the South West? Not to worry as you can now order our cheese online. Every cheese is freshly cut and hand wrapped to order, bringing a taste of the West Country directly to your door.   

You will also find us in the truck serving decadent cheesy street food, a delicious range of Raclette, toasties and cheese platters using only the finest Artisan cheese found in our shop and locally sourced ingredients from other small independant Bristol businesses.
