All of Homewood Cheese's cheeses are handmade, ensuring that each one is crafted with care and precision. The range of cheeses includes Fresh Ewes Cheese (curd), Halloumi, Ricotta, Pickled Ewes Cheese (feta-style), Aveline, Lamb Leer, and a family of washed curd cheeses including Tibb and Old Demdike.
